These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and purchases made through it. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following terms, applicable to customers in the United States, UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where possible, we will provide prior notice of any significant changes. Your continued use of our services after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

.1. Product Description & Origin

Our premium silk scarves are crafted with precision and care, featuring:

  • Manufacturing Origin: Made in China

  • Printing Method: Digitally printed for vibrant and detailed designs

  • Finishing: Machine-hemmed for clean and consistent edges

All products are stored and shipped from our warehouse in India.

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions. However, due to the nature of digital printing and variations in screen settings, minor differences in color or pattern may occur. We appreciate your understanding.



2. Pricing and Currency

- Prices are listed in [choose default currency – USD / SAR / AED/QAR  ].  

- Prices do not include duties or taxes unless otherwise specified by shipping destination.  

- Payment is accepted via secure international gateways (PayPal, major credit/debit cards).

Shipping, Duties & Taxes

We offer international shipping with clearly defined delivery terms based on your location:

United States, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE – Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU):

All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means:

  • Product prices exclude VAT,import duties, customs fees, and other applicable taxes for the United States.

  • For orders shipped to the UAE,  all prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). UAE customs duties apply only to shipments valued above AED 300; below this threshold are not subject to customs duties. Any applicable customs duties are not included in the product price.

  •  For orders shipped to Saudi Arabia, all prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Saudi customs duties apply only to shipments exceeding the applicable threshold SAR 1,000 (including the value of the goods, shipping, and insurance) set by Saudi Customs; orders below this threshold are not subject to customs duties. Any applicable customs duties are not included in the product price.

  •  For orders shipped to Qatar , all prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Qatar customs duties apply only to shipments exceeding the applicable threshold QAR 1,000 (including the value of the goods, shipping, and insurance) set by Qatar Customs; orders below this threshold are not subject to customs duties. Any applicable customs duties are not included in the product price.


  • Such charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.as required by your country’s import laws.


  • The courier company may assist in the customs clearance process, but ultimate responsibility lies with the customer.


  • Please note: We are unable to accept chargebacks or refund requests due to customs duties or tariffs, as these are beyond our control.

Delivery times are indicative and may vary based on courier delays, weather conditions, or customs inspections.

Tracking information is sent by email upon dispatch.  

- We are not responsible for customs delays in the destination country.

4. Returns and Refunds 

Due to hygiene reasons, silk scarves are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

However, if you receive an incorrect item, we are happy to accept a return for correction or replacement within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure the item is unused, unwashed, free from fragrance or signs of wear, with tags attached, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by valid proof of purchase.

Refunds are not available, including for change-of-mind purchases.

We kindly encourage customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.

  • Chargebacks We cannot accommodate chargebacks or refund requests related to customs duties, taxes, or tariffs, as these are imposed by your local government and are entirely outside our control. Chargebacks filed for such reasons will be considered a violation of our store policies, as these costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are clearly disclosed prior to purchase. 

Shipping and customs charges are non-refundable.The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item contains manufacturer defects or incorrect items.

Please note: While we strive to represent each product as accurately as possible, slight variations in color or detail may occur due to lighting during photography, individual screen settings, and the nature of silk printing. These differences are not considered defects but are part of the individuality of printed textiles.

Refund Policy

  • All sales are final.

  • No refunds or returns will be accepted, including for change-of-mind, defective, or misrepresented items, unless required by USA, Saudi, UAE or Qatar consumer protection laws.

  • Any applicable warranty or repair rights will be handled according to USA, Saudi, UAE or Qatar regulations.

  • Shipping charges, customs duties, and VAT are non-refundable.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Depending on your location, the following rights apply:

  • USA: Under FTC regulations, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the product is faulty or not as described.

  •  UAE:Under the UAE Consumer Protection Law, you have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty, unsafe, or misrepresented products; change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed unless allowed by the seller.

  • Saudi Arabia’s Consumer Protection regulations, consumers have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund for products that are defective, unsafe, or not as described. Change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed unless permitted by the seller or provided for under applicable laws (such as certain e-commerce return rights).

  • Qatar: Under Qatar Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 2008, consumers have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund for products that are defective, unsafe, or not in conformity with agreed specifications; change-of-mind returns are not guaranteed unless allowed by the seller.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not been dispatched. After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible.

To request a cancellation, please email help@sweetsultanclothing.com with your order number as soon as possible.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, product images, text, and design, is the intellectual property of Sweet Sultan Clothing Pvt Ltd and may not be reproduced without permission.

 7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.

8. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at its discretion for policy violations or misuse .Upon termination, we may delete your content or accounts without liability, though transactional data may be retained for legal compliance .

 8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. However, we comply with the local consumer laws of the countries we serve, including the United States, UAE and Saudi Arabia

10. Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, wars, or pandemic-related disruptions.

11. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our site, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described therein.
