We ship internationally to the following regions:

  • United States (excluding California)

  • Qatar

  • Saudi Arabia

Note: Orders to California are currently not serviceable.

 


 

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days from the date of purchase.  (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders are dispatched from our central warehouse located in India.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once the order is dispatched.

  • Processing times may be extended during festive periods or sales due to high volume.

Shipping Terms: Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU)

All orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means:

  • Product prices exclude import duties, customs fees, and other applicable taxes for the United States.

  •  For orders shipped to Saudi Arabia, all prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Saudi Arabian customs duties apply only to shipments exceeding the applicable threshold SAR 1,000 (including the value of the goods, shipping, and insurance) set by Saudi Customs; orders below this threshold are not subject to customs duties. Any applicable customs duties are not included in the product price.

  •  For orders shipped to Qatar , all prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT). Qatar customs duties apply only to shipments exceeding the applicable threshold QAR 1,000 (including the value of the goods, shipping, and insurance) set by Qatar Customs; orders below this threshold are not subject to customs duties. Any applicable customs duties are not included in the product price.

  • Such charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid at the time of delivery.as required by your country’s import laws.

  • The courier company may assist in the customs clearance process, but ultimate responsibility lies with the customer.

  • Please note: We are unable to accept chargebacks or refund requests due to customs duties or tariffs, as these are beyond our control.

 

Tracking

  • Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent via email.

  • You can monitor the progress of your shipment using the tracking number provided.

 



 

 

Delays Due to Customs or Force Majeure

  • While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, customs inspections or delays in the destination country may affect delivery.

  • We are not liable or responsible  for delays caused by customs processing, natural calamities, strikes, inspections, local policies or other force majeure events.

  • Delivery timelines exclude any delays from customs inspections.

 

 


 

 

Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

 


 

 

7. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
Orders returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses may incur reshipping charges, payable by the customer.

8. Lost or Incomplete Orders

If you receive a  missing item, or suspect pilferage:
- Notify us within 14 days of delivery at info@sweetsultanclothing.com.
- Share clear photos of the package, contents, and a short description.
- Do not discard the packaging until the issue is resolved.

Refunds/replacements will be processed based on the outcome of our investigation.

9. Cancelled or Undelivered Orders

If your prepaid order is undelivered or lost in transit, the full order value (excluding shipping and customs duties)will be refunded.
