Duties, Taxes & Import Charges

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis:

  • Product prices do not include import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

  • Any applicable charges upon delivery are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Courier Company may assist with customs clearance, but we are not liable for additional charges or delays caused by customs processes.

  •  For international orders, import duties, customs charges, and VAT (if any) are the buyer's responsibility.

  •  We ship all international orders on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.



 


 

Order Confirmation & Payment Verification

  • Once your payment is successfully completed, you will receive an email confirmation of your order.

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, after which you’ll receive a tracking number.

  •  Delivery takes approx. 6-12 business days depending on the destination.Subject to smooth customs clearance at both the origin and destination.

  • For high-value or flagged transactions, we may require additional identity verification or manual authorization before order fulfillment.

Please double-check your shipping address, product selection, and quantity before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect details submitted at checkout.

2. Authenticity & Product Descriptions

We take pride in the authenticity and craftsmanship of our silk scarves. All products are described as accurately as possible, with clear images and material details. If you need help choosing the right scarf, contact our support team before purchasing.

3. Billing Information

Your purchase from Sweet Sultan will appear on your card or bank statement as:

If you do not recognize this name, please reach out to us before filing a chargeback.

4. Processing & Shipping

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Shipping time frames vary by location. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your order.

Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please read our Return & Refund Policy before purchasing. We accept returns within 14 days if the item is unused and in original condition. For custom or discounted items, returns may not be available.

If you’re not satisfied, please contact us first — we’re happy to help resolve any issues.

6. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and brand, all transactions go through secure payment channels and fraud screening tools. Suspicious or high-risk orders may be canceled or delayed.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe you’ve been wrongly charged, please email us at help@sweetsultanclothing.com before contacting your bank. Chargebacks initiated via your bank may require additional processing time and documentation.
