Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

• Only items with manufacturing defects or incorrect items delivered will be accepted for return.

• Items to be returned must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and returned with Original tags attached and original packaging intact.

• Free from fragrance, stains, or signs of wear

•  Accompanied by valid proof of purchase
  
  

• Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
  
  

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  
  

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

• Change of mind
  
  

• Products returned without original packaging or tags
  
  

• Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage not caused by manufacturing defect

•  Customized, made-to-order, or altered items

• Items purchased as final sale, clearance, or with significant promotional discounts are non-refundable, whereas purchases made using the 10% welcome discount or abandoned cart discount remain eligible for return 

• Items returned in a used, damaged, or altered state

• We cannot accommodate chargebacks or refund requests related to customs duties, taxes, or tariffs, as these are imposed by your local government and are entirely outside our control. Chargebacks filed for such reasons will be considered a violation of our store policies, as these costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are clearly disclosed prior to purchase.

4. Return Process

Step 1: Email us at help@sweetsultanclothing.com with subject: Return Request – [Order Number].

Step 2: Attach item images and reason for return.

Step 3: Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions.

Step 4: Once approved, schedule pickup or courier the item to our return address.

Note: Returns without prior approval may be rejected.

• Any applicable warranty or repair rights will be handled according to Saudi regulations.

Product Variation Disclaimer

Please note that minor variations may occur between products due to the nature of silk fabric and the digital printing process.

Our garments may exhibit slight differences in:

• Print alignment
  
  

• Texture or sheen
  
  

These variations may result from:

• The digital printing process on silk
  
  

• Lighting conditions during photography, which may cause the product to appear slightly different in photos compared to how it looks in person
  
  

• Differences in individual screen settings
  
  

These are not considered manufacturing defects, but are natural results of working with high-quality silk materials and digital production methods.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven’t been shipped.
After dispatch, cancellations are no longer possible.

Out-of-Stock Items: In the event that an item is out of stock after your order is placed, we will notify you promptly. A full refund will be issued for the unavailable item(s). Exchanges or replacements will not be offered in such cases.

Under FTC rules, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if the item is faulty or not as described.
